Fast Pace - High Level - 1st Sport Wrestlers
These practices are geared towards experienced kids that have USAW-NJ, NuWay, Tyrant and/or Jersey Shore experience. It is 100% up to the coaching staff whether your wrestler is ready to learn from and contribute to these practices. When registering for these practices it is strongly recommended that you attend all of the practices on time and consistently to keep up with our groups level of technique. These types of practices have produced state and national level wrestlers. It will be challenging but always worth it!
